KiteConvert is provided free of charge and as it is. You may use the converters for personal and commercial purposes, with no account and no daily limit.
Your files
You convert your own files on your own device. Only convert files you have the right to use. KiteConvert never fetches media from other websites and cannot be used to download online videos.
Keep your originals until you have checked the results: conversion between formats can change quality, colours or metadata, as each converter page explains.
Accuracy
We test every converter against reference samples and describe its limits on its page. Still, browsers differ and files can be unusual; please tell us when something goes wrong.
What you may not do
Do not copy the site’s text or code to republish it as your own, scrape it automatically at a rate that burdens the service, or try to break its security.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for loss arising from use of this site, including lost or damaged files. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Poland. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
